In addition, he can measure your eye pressure through Goldmann tonometry, which eliminates the discomfort of non-contact tonometers that force a puff of air onto the eyes, while also being more accurate. With Goldmann tonometry, Dr. Chang gently flattens part of your cornea and gauges your pressure based on how much force is needed.

At the end of your exam, Dr. Chang will educate you on his findings and recommend the ideal treatment plan for your unique condition and lifestyle. The eye exam can also determine your prescription for glasses or contacts.
